About ITHealth Dashboard Key Contacts

ITHealth uses a designated Key Contacts list for its ITHealth Dashboard customers. This helps ensure organisations receive important service communications and relevant updates relating to their ITHealth Dashboard service.

Key Contacts are typically individuals within a customer organisation who are responsible for IT, cyber security, operational oversight, or service administration, and who may regularly use or manage the ITHealth Dashboard. Organisations may nominate one or more Key Contacts to help ensure important information reaches the appropriate people.

We aim to keep our communications targeted, relevant, and useful. Communications are sent only to individuals who have been identified as appropriate Key Contacts for their organisation.

Why You May Receive ITHealth Dashboard Emails

If you are listed as a Key Contact for your organisation, you may receive communications relating to:

• System development updates and new features
• High severity cyber security alert report notifications
• Important service communications

In addition, you may also receive:

• Invitations to relevant user sessions and events
• Customer success updates and quarterly newsletters

These communications are sent only to individuals identified as ITHealth Dashboard Key Contacts within their organisation.

Manage Your Key Contact Status

To ensure communications remain accurate and relevant, you may request to:

• Update your contact information – if your role, responsibilities, or email address has changed
• Add an additional key contact – a colleague can be added and will be notified
• Request a review of your organisation’s key contacts – to ensure the list is up to date
• Remove yourself from this list – if these communications are no longer relevant to you

• Continue receiving all communications (service and marketing)
• Opt-out of marketing communications only (you will still receive essential service-related emails)
