These monthly virtual sessions are designed specifically for ITHealth Dashboard users, providing a flexible opportunity to address any queries or issues you may have with your current usage. Whether you’re encountering minor difficulties getting to grips with new features or require more detailed explanations of functionality and reporting, our dedicated team will be on hand to assist you. Join us at any point during the session to maximise your experience and investment in the ITHealth Dashboard solution.

Each session will kick off with a focused topic for the ITHealth Dashboard before opening up for more general queries. The upcoming October session focus topic is yet to be confirmed. The sessions typically take place on the last Friday of every month at 2pm.

To reserve a slot, simply complete the form located to the right of this page. Once registered, an ITHealth representative will be in touch with a calendar appointment and a Microsoft Teams link for access to the session.
