In summary, this release included:

  • New Custom Dashboards – build fully customisable dashboards from scratch or pre-defined templates, using a range of configurable widgets including tables, charts, risk thermometers, patching views, and Windows support indicators.
  • New Software Widgets – real-time Software Tracking and Software Trending widgets to monitor software installations and removals across your estate.
  • New Alerts & Notifications – configure personalised in-app, email, and browser alerts, manage email cadence, and track specific changes via notifications across key system areas.
  • CAF-DSPT Module Enhancements – bulk export of CAF documents w/ document mapping, document expiry dates and duplicate detection, Audit View exports, auditable-only matrix filtering, and enhanced document lifecycle management.
  • Asset Module Enhancements – improved manual asset management, new asset comments and manual primary user field, MAC address visibility, and enhanced disposal records.
  • Service Groups Enhancements – ‘Essential Function’ tagging now available, legacy asset visibility, multiple new entry fields.
  • Supplier Module Enhancements – new certification fields, and alternative address entry.
  • New Integrations – extended asset visibility and blind spot coverage with ManageEngine Endpoint Central, ControlUp, and Trend Deep Security (On-Prem) integrations.
