Legacy Lansweeper Dashboard Data Feed Retirement
From 31st August 2026, ITHealth data feeds that support reports within the Legacy Lansweeper Dashboard will be retired.

Important Upcoming Changes to the Legacy Lansweeper Dashboard
From Monday 31st August 2026, ITHealth will retire the data feeds that power reporting within the Legacy Lansweeper Dashboard (accessed through the Lansweeper console).
This change only affects the Legacy Lansweeper Dashboard. There are no changes to the current ITHealth Dashboard, which continues to provide the same reporting capabilities alongside enhanced insights, additional data sources and ongoing platform improvements.
What is changing?
The following ITHealth-powered reports within the Legacy Lansweeper Dashboard will no longer receive data updates after 31st August 2026:
– Automatic Cyber Alert Reporting
– Windows Patch Status Reporting & Charts
– Software End of Life Reporting
– Cisco Vulnerability Reporting
– Any custom dashboards or widgets that rely on ITHealth data feeds
These reports and dashboards will remain visible within the Legacy Lansweeper Dashboard, but they will no longer be updated with ITHealth data after this date.
What isn’t changing?
The current ITHealth Dashboard is not affected by this change.
All of the reporting previously available through the legacy dashboard is already available within the current ITHealth Dashboard, with the added benefit of:
– Richer reporting and insights
– Broader visibility through additional ITHealth data sources and integrations
– Continued enhancements and new functionality
Lansweeper also remains our primary discovery and scanning platform, and ITHealth will continue to provide support for its configuration, maintenance and day-to-day operation.
Why are we making this change?
Retiring these legacy data feeds allows us to focus our development efforts on the current ITHealth Dashboard. It enables us to continue delivering new features, enhanced reporting, richer insights and ongoing improvements to the platform for all customers.
