Solution Design

We’re passionate about ensuring our customers get a solution that addresses their issues and adds value to their NHS organisation. We take the time to understand exactly what you are hoping to achieve and why. We then work together to analyse, plan and propose a solution that addresses both short and long-term goals, and delivers the best possible performance in the most cost-effective way. Each solution is specifically tailored to the needs of each client, with a clear focus on business outcomes and cost management.

Healthcheck

Our detailed Healthcheck service is designed to ensure your IT security solutions are performing correctly. We conduct a thorough review of your current systems, policies, and practices, before analysing performance to ensure everything is correctly configured to deliver the maximum benefit.

A Healthcheck also highlights any upgrades and/or patches you might benefit from, and is the ideal opportunity for us to explain new technologies that could help your NHS organisation.

Support

We offer a range of system maintenance and support packages to ensure maximum benefit is derived from IT investments – from technical assistance during office hours to 24/7 support. The ITHealth helpdesk is available via email or telephone and tracks each support request to ensure it reaches a more than satisfactory conclusion. We have approved access to the HSCN network so, with a Trust’s permission, our consultants can also log on to an NHS site to carry out any type of support or maintenance.

To contact our support team, please call 0115 965 8432 or email support@ithealth.co.uk.

Installation

Our installation capabilities include our partner products, as well our own. Our professional services consultants ensure all installations are completed with the absolute minimum of fuss. With many years’ experience of installations throughout the NHS, we’re confident in our approach. The process starts you, one of our technical consultants, and the dedicated account manager agreeing a planned approach. Once completed, there’s a handover of all relevant documentation, including a follow-up review to ensure that the solution is being used to its maximum benefit.

Managed Services

Many NHS IT departments are over-stretched and resources are limited – that’s why we offer a range of fully managed services. Our professional services consultants can work as an extension of your own in-house IT team to help you stay protected, but without the day-to-day headaches or distractions associated with managing your own IT systems. A managed service typically includes: proactively monitoring systems and dealing with any alerts, fixing any highlighted issues, installing upgrades as required, and ensuring the system always conforms to best practice.

Training

We offer a range of training services to ensure you get the most from your investments. For example, some of our IT security solutions are covered by formal training programmes that can be combined to create a bespoke training package that meets a specific need. Alternatively, we can provide ‘on-the-job’ training during which your IT staff perform their normal work accompanied by one of our engineers, enabling them to receive focussed “real life” support – an approach that proves particularly effective when learning a new system.
