To ensure that our customers receive the maximum benefits from their investment in their BMS IT Security solution, we have developed a range of on-going System Maintenance & Support Packages. We believe that system support is a partnership, that's why we work with our customers to investigate problems, install fixes, maintain licences and to ensure that software is up-to-date and working effectively.

Helpdesk

BMS offers a dedicated Helpdesk Support facility for all BMS support contract customers. The Helpdesk is the first point of contact to log all problems, queries and information requests. It tracks and manages each support episode to a satisfactory conclusion.

N3 Support

BMS offer specialised Support Services for NHS organisations and have many support contracts in place across the full range of BMS IT Security solutions. Using the BMS N3 connection we offer N3 remote support contracts, whereby, with a Trust’s permission, the BMS Support engineer can log-on to an NHS site to effect any type of support or maintenance.

Our N3 support contract customers really value the fact that within moments, and under the tightest security, our support engineers can 'get inside your system and see the problem for themselves’. So, the N3 support contract allows the BMS support engineers to quickly and easily identify problems and fix them.
