ITHealth awarded UK&I ‘Healthcare Partner of the Year’ by Sophos for the second year running

Following last year’s success, ITHealth has yet again received a prestigious industry award from Sophos retaining its title as ‘Healthcare Partner of the Year’ for UK and Ireland. The award, recently announced at the 2018 Sophos Discover Partner Conference, is yet another milestone in the company’s drive to be recognised as a best of breed security provider to the NHS marketplace.

The annual partner conference, held this year in 8 Northumberland, London on Wednesday 9 May, gathered all partners in the region to look back at the past year to celebrate successes and reward the most top performing and strategic partners for their commitment and hard work. ITHealth won the Healthcare Partner Award based on its outstanding performance this last year and its commitment and dedication to selling Sophos to NHS organisations.

Adam Bradley, Regional VP at Sophos, said, “It is always a great pleasure to meet our partners face to face at these events as they play such a crucial role in our success as a business. It’s a fantastic opportunity to gather feedback, to hear our partners’ validation of our strategy across the endpoint and network and to see it helping to make their businesses a success. I am delighted ITHealth has won the award for Sophos Healthcare Partner of the Year for UK & Ireland. They’ve had a fantastic year and it’s very well deserved.”

Brett Draper, Managing Director at ITHealth, echoed this sentiment, ‘We’re delighted to have received this award for a second year running. It’s testament to our ongoing commitment and expertise in delivering the very best in network and endpoint security to our NHS customers.  The ITHealth team have worked incredibly hard helping NHS IT teams improve their cyber strategies with Sophos solutions and I’m delighted that their efforts continue to be recognised.’

At the conference, members of the Sophos executive leadership team delivered keynote sessions on Sophos strategy, its partner commitments and the broader future of the IT security industry. Partners also attended a packed agenda of breakout sessions delivered by key business, product, technical and sales experts.

Brett Draper concluded, ‘Never before has NHS cyber security been under such scrutiny. With the impending Microsoft Windows 10 upgrade and building cyber resilience being at the top of the NHS agenda, we look forward to working with our NHS customers in the year ahead to help them understand how Sophos’ Next-Gen products will continue to play a vital role in any NHS cyber defence strategy.’
